These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 7u7 website and related services (the “Service”). By opening an account and using the Service, you enter into a binding legal agreement with 7u7 (the “Operator”). The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time in accordance with the process set out herein. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To register and use the Service you must: (a) be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, (b) be legally permitted to participate in online gambling where you reside, and (c) not be barred from online gambling by any applicable law or regulatory authority. The Operator reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or suspend access to any Account at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Access is restricted where prohibited by law or regulatory action in your jurisdiction.
To commence betting you must complete the registration process, provide accurate information, and complete verification checks as required by applicable law. Verification may include submission of government‑issued photo ID and proof of residence (e.g., utility bill). The Operator communicates with Customers via the Registered Email Address associated with the Account. It is your responsibility to maintain an active, unique email address and to notify the Operator of any changes. The Operator shall not be liable for losses resulting from communications sent to or from the Registered Email Address.
Personal data provided to the Operator will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Operator’s Privacy Policy. Information may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the EEA where required to provide the Service. The Operator will implement reasonable safeguards to protect such data and will disclose information where required by law or to protect the integrity of the Service. The Customer consents to the processing and transfer of their personal data for the purposes of providing the Service and enforcing these Terms.
Funds may be deposited by methods listed on the Service. Deposits should be in the same currency as the Account. Where deposits are made in a different currency, a conversion will be applied at the daily rate or the Operator’s prevailing rate. Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals. A deposit that is not rolled over (risked) a specified number of times may incur processing fees as published in the Deposit section of the Service. The Customer remains responsible for any bank charges incurred in relation to deposits.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the chosen payment method. Minimum withdrawal thresholds, maximum limits, and processing times apply as stated in the withdrawal policy. Identity verification may be required prior to processing withdrawals. If the withdrawal exceeds any payment system limit, payment may be made in parts. In the case of large winnings, the Operator may pay in installments (e.g., monthly) until the full amount is settled. If an error occurs in funds credited to the Account, the Operator will correct the error and may reclaim funds as necessary. The Operator reserves the right to delay or withhold payments pending verification and to refuse payment if information is incorrect or incomplete.
Promotional offers, including bonuses, are subject to terms specific to each offer. All bonuses must be used in accordance with wagering requirements, game type restrictions, and expiration periods. Bonuses may be revoked, suspended, or cancelled at the Operator’s sole discretion if a Customer breaches these Terms or the offer terms. Only one bonus per eligible Customer is permitted unless stated otherwise. In cases of conflict, the offer terms prevail over general Terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. In the event of a game miscarriage or system failure, wagers may be voided and refunds provided in accordance with the applicable game rules and the Operator’s policies. If a Game miscarrys, the monetary value of the wager may be returned to the Account or paid to the Customer by another approved method. The Operator will take reasonable steps to ensure the Service functions correctly, but is not liable for losses arising from downtime, lag, or other interruptions not caused by the Operator’s deliberate misconduct.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator provides the Service on an "as is" basis and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Customer accepts all risk associated with using the Service and acknowledges that losses may occur. The Customer agrees to indemnify the Operator, its officers, employees and service providers for any costs, liabilities or damages arising from their use of the Service, including breaches of these Terms. The Operator’s total liability in relation to any single event shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Customer to the Operator in the twelve months preceding the event, except where prohibited by law.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the Operator’s internal dispute resolution procedures. If a dispute cannot be resolved through such procedures, it shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction unless alternative dispute resolution is agreed.
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Customers in advance. If you object to material changes, you may refuse the update and discontinue use of the Service. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. Bets placed before the change will remain governed by the Terms in force at the time the bets were placed.
The Operator may suspend or close an Account with immediate effect if there is a breach of these Terms or if it is believed the Account is involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity. Upon termination, the Operator will settle any matured contractual obligations and return remaining Funds in accordance with these Terms. Any bets on pending matters at the time of termination may be settled in accordance with the bet rules.
Customers may request self‑exclusion or place self-imposed limits on wagering and losses. Requests must be sent from the Customer’s Registered Email Address to the Support team. A cooling-off period of seven days applies to the removal or adjustment of limits. The Operator provides resources and guidance on responsible gambling and supports Customers who request help. Customer support is available to assist with account issues, wagering limits, and verification inquiries.
