1. General scope and interpretation
These betting rules govern all sports wagering offered by 7u7. They operate in conjunction with applicable law and the operator’s licensing framework. In the event of conflicting language between translations, the English text prevails. 7u7 reserves the right to amend these rules at its discretion and to suspend or modify offerings as required by law or regulatory guidance.
2. Definitions
- End User: a person who holds an account with 7u7 and places bets pursuant to these rules.
- Bet: a contract on the outcome of an Event or Market, created when the End User places a Stake and 7u7 accepts it.
- Stake: the amount wagered by the End User for a Bet.
- Market: a specific bet on an Event, including its sub-events or proposition bets as offered by 7u7.
- Outcome: the result upon which a Bet is determined.
- Winnings: the amount paid to the End User following a successful Bet.
3. Eligibility and account conduct
- 3.1 Age and eligibility: bets may be placed only by individuals who meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and who are not otherwise restricted from wagering by 7u7.
- 3.2 Prohibited conduct: the use of automated systems, collusion with others, or other activities intended to circumvent limits is forbidden and may result in account restriction or termination.
- 3.3 Account integrity: users must not hold multiple accounts intended to circumvent limits, and 7u7 reserves the right to take action on accounts found to be in breach.
4. Bet placement and acceptance
- 4.1 Acceptance is confirmed when a betslip shows a valid, explicit confirmation from 7u7. Bets are subject to these rules and applicable law.
- 4.2 Discretion: 7u7 may accept or reject any Bet at its sole discretion and may void or cancel bets in accordance with these rules or after acceptance for valid reasons including palpable errors.
- 4.3 Palpable error: bets placed due to obvious mispricing, wrong event details, or other clear errors may be voided or adjusted by 7u7.
- 4.4 Settlement window: bets are settled in accordance with market rules and official results as they become available.
5. Market adjustments and event interruptions
- 5.1 Event changes: 7u7 may cancel or void bets if the venue, participant, or fundamental conditions of an Event change materially.
- 5.2 Postponements and abandonments: if an Event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, 7u7 may void or settle bets in accordance with the declared outcome, or refund stakes if no outcome is determined within a defined period.
- 5.3 Decisive results: where an Event proceeds to overtime or extra periods, markets that specify inclusion of such periods are settled on those results; otherwise, penalties or deciders are not considered unless expressly stated in the market description.
- 5.4 Data sources and official results: settlements rely on official league or event authorities and 7u7 may apply its own supplementary data sources where appropriate, subject to these rules.
6. Live betting
- 6.1 Real-time odds: live odds reflect ongoing play and may fluctuate until bet acceptance; once accepted, settlements follow the final official result if not otherwise stated.
- 6.2 Live settlements: bets are settled based on outcomes known at the conclusion of the Event or as specified by market terms, with live updates not retroactively altering settled results unless required by the market rules.
- 6.3 Claims window: claims for Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the Event start; unresolved Live events within a defined period may be settled at odds of 1 unless otherwise stated.
7. Bet types and features
- 7.1 Single bets: a bet on a single Market outcome with payout equal to Stake multiplied by the Market odds.
- 7.2 Accumulators and multiples: bets on multiple independent outcomes require all selections to win; incorrect selections void the bet; payouts are calculated by multiplying the Stake by the combined odds.
- 7.3 System bets: a predefined structure of multiple Interdependent bets enabling different payout combinations; each component is settled as specified by the system configuration.
- 7.4 Cash Out: 7u7 may offer cash out on eligible bets, allowing early settlement under revised terms; availability, timing, and amounts are at 7u7’s sole discretion and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
- 7.5 Bet Builder: constructing bets from multiple markets within a single Event; all selections must win for payout; availability is at 7u7’s discretion.
- 7.6 Early Payout: discretionary early settlement on predefined conditions; terms are displayed with the Bet and may vary by Event; 7u7 reserves the right to modify or withdraw Early Payout offers at any time.
- 7.7 Outrights: long-term and short-term market settlements follow a Play-or-Pay principle; participants remain in/out indications regardless of participation, with team or participant performance markets subject to this rule.
8. Market rules and special settlements
- 8.1 Market definitions: each Market is defined by the Event and its described outcome; a Market’s rules take precedence over general rules where specified.
- 8.2 Handicap and totals: when applicable, results include the applicable handicap adjustments; if the result equals the stated line after adjustments, the bet is void; otherwise payout per odds.
- 8.3 Draw no bet and half time/full time: specific markets are settled according to their definitions; voids apply where the Event format deviates from the Market’s stated structure.
- 8.4 Special scoring markets: time-based, period-based, or point-based markets are settled according to official statistics and the Market description, with ties resolved as defined in the Market terms.
9. Odds, rounding and settlements
- 9.1 Display and calculation: odds are displayed with two decimal places; total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal, while the Winnings are truncated to two decimal places; any discrepancy is attributed to rounding rules.
- 9.2 Settlement timing: the maximum interval between settlement and any re-settlement is 30 days; any adjustment occurs within this window where permitted by these rules.
- 9.3 Pitcher and team changes: in sports with position-specific markets, changes to listed participants may affect related markets; other markets remain unaffected unless the Market explicitly states otherwise.
10. Data, sources and integrity
- 10.1 Data sources: 7u7 uses reputable sources to determine event outcomes; where sources are disclosed, they are subject to change without notice in line with regulatory requirements.
- 10.2 Integrity measures: 7u7 may void or suspend bets if there is suspicion of match-fixing, fraud, or manipulation; such actions may be reported to relevant authorities.
- 10.3 Discretionary settlements: where an outcome is ambiguous, 7u7 may seek clarifications from official bodies or rely on regulatory guidance to complete settlement.
11. Disputes, complaints and communications
- 11.1 Any disputes related to a Bet should be raised promptly; 7u7 will investigate and respond in a timely manner in accordance with its internal procedures and regulatory obligations.
- 11.2 Notification: 7u7 may communicate changes to these rules and any event-related notices through account messages and official communications; users are responsible for monitoring their account for such notices.
12. Technical failures and force majeure
- 12.1 Technical interruptions: in the event of system failures, 7u7 will implement standard checks for funds, odds accuracy and event status; bets may be accepted or rejected based on system availability and price integrity.
- 12.2 Force majeure: events beyond reasonable control may lead to changes in settlement or event status; 7u7 reserves the right to adjust or suspend bets as necessary.
13. Governing law and miscellaneous
- 13.1 Governing law: these rules are governed by the applicable laws of the operator’s licensing jurisdiction; where applicable, regulatory bodies or governing authorities may oversee compliance.
- 13.2 Language: in the case of discrepancies, the English version prevails; the policy on disputes and remedies follows these terms.
- 13.3 Entire agreement: these Betting Rules, together with any market description, constitute the entire agreement between the End User and 7u7 for sportsbook wagering.
